🤍RESCHEDULING If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please reschedule through the link you have received if possible or notify me at least 24 hours in advance. If it is less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a 50% reschedule fee that does not go towards the cost of your service. 🤍CANCELLATION Any appointment that is rescheduled or canceled within the 24 hour period will be charged 50% of any services booked. To avoid the fee PLEASE cancel at least 24 hours in advance on my WEBSITE. 🤍ARRIVING LATE Arriving late will cut into your appointment time and may result in a 50% service charge if your appointment has to be rescheduled. 🤍NO SHOWS Forgetting your appointment is no longer acceptable. Every client receives a reminder text and/or email for every one of their appointments. If you have not reached out to me and have not showed up 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the service. 🤍COMMUNICATE WITH ME I know that things come up and that there are times when you are not able to make an appointment, however if you have canceled on short notice before, reasons must be valid! I am willing to work with you, please just reach out to me! PSA - I do keep your card information on file in case of no-shows, late reschedules or cancellations.
